AS A GRADUATE AT NOTRE DAME (2023-24)

  • Competed in four meets with the Irish
  • Ran a PR time of 24:39.2 in the five mile at the Joe Piane Invitational
  • Set a PR in the 8k at the Nuttycombe Invitational with a time of 26:10.1
  • Finished second in the 2023 Blue & Gold Invitational, running a 8:19.38 in the 3000m

AS A SENIOR AT CORNELL (2022-23)

  • Set a PR in the mile as he took first at the Cornell Upstate Challenge, running a 4:04.56
  • Finished in the top 5 in the 3000m as he clocked a 7:55.60 at the Dr. Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge
  • Competed in the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships
  • Ran a 14:34.49 in the 5000m and set a PR in the 10,000m as he clocked a 30:36.47

AS A JUNIOR AT CORNELL (2021-22)

  •  Ran in five cross country meets
  • Finished 52nd at NCAA Northeast Regionals with a 31:46.9 clocking
  • Took 54th at Heps with a 25:45.3
  • Finished sixth at the PSU National Open, clocking a 25:47.7 over the 5.2 mile course
  • Took third at the Yellowjacket open to start the season (26:01.3)

AS A SOPHOMORE AT CORNELL (2020-21)

AS A FRESHMAN AT CORNELL  (2019-20)

  •  Ran in five cross country meets.
  • Finished 49th in the Ivy League Heps Cross Country Championships (11/1)
  • Ran in the NCAA DI Northeast Region Championships (11/15).
  • Competed in four track meets, with two different events.
  • Placed seventh in the 3000 at the Ivy League Indoor Heps Championships (2/29).

PREP AND PERSONAL 

  • Ran cross country and track for Burlington HS.
  • Named 2019 New Balance Nationals All-American with a third place finish in the two mile
  • Eight-time MIAA Division Champion (two-time indoor mile, two-time outdoor mile, one-time indoor two mile, one-time outdoor two mile, one-time cross country and one-time outdoor 4×800)
  • Holds school records in the indoor 1000m, indoor mile, indoor DMR, outdoor 1500m and outdoor mile
  • Middlesex League MVP two times and All-Star nine times
  • Rishabh Prakash is the son of Gopalakrishnan and Chitra Prakash
