Football Friday

Friday Tunnel Experience

This Football season fans have the opportunity to walk down the iconic North Tunnel. The Football Friday Experience is available to fans on home football Friday’s beginning at 10am. There is a $10 entry fee and all proceeds will benefit the Rockne Athletics Fund. Gifts to the Rockne Athletics Fund allow student-athletes at the University of Notre Dame to be champions in the classroom, community, and competition. Join in the shared vision of providing the best academic and athletic opportunities for student-athletes by participating in this new experience! All Season Ticket Members and Members of the Rockne Athletics Fund green level and above are granted free admission to this experience.

Guglielmino Athletics Complex

Visit the Guglielmino Athletics Complex ‘Gug’, Notre Dame football’s home for day-to-day operations. The Gug lobby will be open to the public on home football Fridays from 9:00am – 1:00pm.  Enjoy photo opportunities with the 1988 National Championship Trophy, Four Horseman Statue, all seven Heisman Trophies, and a host of other national awards.

Band of the Fighting Irish

Mid-Day Drummers’ Circle  –  Main Quad Come hear the Notre Dame Drumline perform at Main Quad before the band marches out to rehearsal.
Trumpets at the Dome  –  Main Quad Come hear the Trumpet Section from the Band of the Fighting Irish perform outside the Main Building.
Marching Band Open Rehearsal 4:45 pm Ricci Fields
Midnight Drummers’ Circle  –  Main Quad The Drumline from the Band of the Fighting Irish will perform in front of the Main Building.

 

Gameday Saturday

Tailgating

All lots will open at 8:00 am ET on game day and require a University issued parking pass. Guests are not allowed to save spaces at any time. To provide an optimal experience for all guests on gameday, parking is limited to one spot per pass. Vehicles and/or associated tailgates should not take up more than one space. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to immediate removal. The 2024 Parking Map and Shuttle Routes can be found here. Parking passes may be pre-purchased from the Murnane Family Ticket Office and ParkMobile.

Pregame Club Naimoli

Be a part of the exclusive pre-game hospitality experience! Located in Club Namoli inside Purcell Pavilion, each weekend features access to furnished indoor and outdoor hospitality areas, TVs throughout, as well as inclusive food and full bar. The space opens 3.5 hours prior to kickoff and closes 30-minutes prior to game time. (Game ticket is not included).

Band of the Fighting Irish

Trumpets at the Dome 2 hours before kickoff Main Quad Come hear the Trumpet Section from the Band of the Fighting Irish perform outside the Main Building. This is a 15 minute performance.
Band Concert on the Steps 90 minutes before kickoff Bond Quad The Band of the Fighting Irish will perform on the steps of Bond Hall. This is a 30 minute performance.
Drummer’s Circle 60 minutes before kickoff Bond Quad  The Drumline from the Band of the Fighting Irish will perform in front of Bond Hall. This is a 10 minute performance.
Band March Out 45 minutes before kickoff Main Quad The Band of the Fighting Irish steps off from the Main Building and marches to Notre Dame Stadium.

Victory March

Prior to all six home games this season, fans can gather in front of the reflecting pool at Hesburgh Library as the Fighting Irish march from the Basilica of the Sacred Heart into Notre Dame Stadium. This festive event also features performances by the Notre Dame Band, Glee Club, and Bagpipe Band.

First Time Fans & Photo Booth

We are thrilled to announce our First Fan Program! Guests attending their first game can receive a special “First Game Certificate” at any Guest Services booth (inside Gates A-E) on the lower concourse to mark this unforgettable milestone. Stop by a booth to get your certificate and make your first game day experience even more memorable!

Also new this season and available inside Gate C is a fan photo booth. Swing by to capture your game day memories at this complimentary experience!

 

Leprechaun and Cheerleaders

The famed Notre Dame Cheerleaders and Leprechaun raise the energy all around campus during Game Day. 

The team can be seen at various times and locations throughout a home game weekend including Step-Off from Main Building to the stadium with The Band of the Fighting Irish, and more.

  • Friday, November 15, at 6:30 pm — It’s Senior Night for the Volleyball team as they take on UNC. (free admission)
  • Friday, November 15, at 7:00 pm — Women’s Soccer face Milwaukee in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Taking place at Alumni Stadium. You can purchase tickets here.
  • Sunday, November 17, at 1:00 pm — Volleyball serves up Duke in Purcell Pavilion. There will be a senior post giveaway and post game autographs. (free admission)
