General Accessibility
Any guests requiring special assistance are urged to make ticketing arrangements with the Murnane Family Ticket Office in advance of home hockey games.
On Game Day, accessibility seat exchange options will be available at the Compton Family Ice Arena Ticket Office. Ticket booths will open one hour prior to gates though guests are still encouraged to make arrangements in advance to help maximize your time on campus.

Wheelchairs
The University is unable to provide guests with wheelchairs, scooters, or walkers, or store those items belonging to guests during events.
Open Captioning
Open captioning will be provided on the video board.
All vendors and concession stands inside Compton Family Ice Arena will no longer accept cash. Payment in the form of credit or debit card will be accepted. Additionally, all concession stands now accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap To Pay.

Guests who display unacceptable behaviors will be subject to sanctions, including refusal of admittance, removal, and/or arrest.
Compton Family Ice Arena public entrances open 60 minutes prior for general ticket holders and 90 minutes prior to puck drop for O’Brien’s patrons.
Compton Family Ice Arena utilizes metal detectors at all entrances.
After having bags checked, guests will pass through the metal detectors and then have tickets scanned for entry to the venue. Entrants will not be required to remove belts, cell phones, coins, jackets, jewelry, watches, wallets, shoes or other small objects.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early at the venue to ensure a sufficient amount of time for screening.
Please allow adequate time when arriving on campus to park prior to the event. Fans are encouraged to park in either the Compton Lot or Innovation Park. See the parking map below.
Things to know:
- Inbound traffic patterns will start 1.5 hours prior to the event
- Outbound traffic patterns be in place for 1 hour post event or until all traffic is cleared
- Parking attendants will be available to assist guests 2 hours before all home hockey games.
- Please note: On days the University is hosting a hockey game simultaneously as a basketball game, shuttle services will be provided.
Shuttles (free of charge)
- Available 2 hours prior to the event and 1 hour post-game
- At least one shuttle will be ADA accessible
When planning your visit, please note the following are permitted inside Notre Dame Stadium, Duncan Student Center, Corbett Family Hall, and O’Neill Hall during home games and other major stadium events:
- Binoculars
- Blankets
- Cameras with lenses shorter than six (6) inches (without cases, must adhere to Clear Bag Policy)
- CDC approved masks
- Cell phones
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” with logo on one side only to not exceed 4.5” x 3.4”
- Clutch bag, with or without handle/strap, or wallet not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5”
- Hand-held radios
- Hand sanitizer (not to exceed 4 oz.)
- Medical bags or equipment (subject to additional screening)
- One-gallon clear plastic bags (such as Ziploc or Hefty)
- Pumps for nursing mothers (subject to additional screening)
- Seat cushions not to exceed 16” x 16”
- Small umbrellas
Cameras, cell phones, hand-held radios, and small umbrellas are allowed as long as they do not compromise the view or experience of others. Permitted items above, including diapers, wipes, and other supplies for babies and small children, should be placed in an approved clear bag.
When planning your visit, please note the following are NOT permitted inside Notre Dame Stadium, Duncan Student Center, Corbett Family Hall, or O’Neill Hall during home games and other major stadium events:
- Aerosol cans or bottles
- Alcohol or alcohol containers
- Animals (Service Dogs are permitted)
- Artificial noisemakers (including whistles)
- Bags and containers that do not meet the Clear Bag Policy
- Cameras with lenses longer than six (6) inches
- Drones or Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
- Fireworks or explosives
- Food or beverage
- Glass bottles
- GoPro or selfie sticks
- Halloween-style masks
- Laser or pen pointers
- Signs, banners, and balloons
- Stadium chairs or seat backs (unless medical reason with documentation, or as a part of the stadium rental program)
- Strollers
- The throwing of any object at any time (including footballs)
- Use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes
- Use or possession of marijuana, and other illegal drugs
- Weapons/Firearms
- Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate
WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE PROHIBITED ON CAMPUS
Wi-Fi is available at Compton Family Ice Arena on the ND-guest network.
Concessions
- Concession stands throughout the Compton Family Ice Arena will feature a variety of menu items for purchase.
- General concessions will open one hour prior to the start of the game and remain open until the middle of the third period.
Rockne Brat
New this season, Notre Dame Athletics is offering the “Rockne Brat” created by Levy Senior Executive Chef Travis Johnson. Included at concession stands across Notre Dame Stadium, this delicious specialty brat will be smothered in jalapeño mustard and caramelized onions. Part of the proceeds from each brat sold will support our student-athletes through the Rockne Athletics Fund.
