Four-year monogram winner … steady contributor in goal who made her biggest contributions during Notre Dame[apos]s historic near-perfect 2008 season and run to the NCAA national championship game … had a hand in 35 shutouts during her career (14 solo) while notching a 0.68 career goals-against average (GAA) and a 34-3-0 record — two of her three career losses came to North Carolina … a quick and agile athlete with good size (5-foot-10) and a prototypical goalkeeper[apos]s body type to go along with a tremendous work ethic … stood out in the postseason, when she recorded 0.47 GAA in 14 appearances with six solo shutouts (four in the NCAA Tournament) and an 8-1-0 record … one of 25 Californians to play for the Notre Dame women[apos]s soccer program (through the 2009 season), with some others including five former All-Americans – forward Rosella Guerrero (Sacramento), midfielder Cindy Daws (Northridge), defender Carrie Dew (Encinitas) and goalkeepers Jen Renola (Los Gatos) and LaKeysia Beene (Gold River) – plus current U.S. National Team defensive midfield standout Shannon Boxx (Torrance) and record-setting forward Monica Gerardo (Simi Valley).

AS A SENIOR: Appeared in 13 games, starting nine times and compiling a 7-2-0 record in 875:31 minutes … allowed 10 goals for a 1.03 GAA while notching 28 saves … earned three solo shutouts and shared five other clean sheets … began the season as the starter, a role held for the first six weeks of the season … split season-opening shutout over Wisconsin (3-0) with Nikki Weiss, making one save … tallied three stops in solo whitewash of Loyola-Chicago (2-0) … dropped her first game of the season to top-ranked North Carolina (0-6), making four saves and allowing four goals in opening 45 minutes … played second half and picked up two saves in a 2-0 loss at Santa Clara on opening night of SCU/adidas Classic … went the distance and made four saves in a 2-0 loss to #3 Stanford at Santa Clara/adidas Classic (only loss to team other than UNC) … got back in the win column with 4-0 blanking of DePaul in BIG EAST opener, working first 77 minutes and tallying three stops before giving way to Maddie Fox … earned second solo clean sheet of the season against Northwestern (2-0) with two saves on her ledger … made one save each in wins at Cincinnati (2-1) and at home against Louisville (1-0) … credited with the overtime victory at West Virginia (3-2) while registering four saves in her final start of the season … made relief appearances in three other games late in the year, closing out wins over #rv/22 Georgetown (2-0; one save in 45:00) on Senior Night, as well as South Florida in the BIG EAST quarterfinals (5-0; no saves in 25:00 of a rare triple shared shutout with Weiss and Fox) and IUPUI in the NCAA Tournament opener (5-0; two saves in 25:10).

AS A JUNIOR: Started all 27 games, posting a 26-1-0 record … logged 2,240:51 minutes, but yielded only 11 goals against for a 0.44 GAA with 57 saves … helped Notre Dame to an impressive 18 shutouts, including 10 solo shutouts … her 18 combined shutouts tied for the school record jointly held by Renola (1995), Beene (1997) and Lauren Karas (2006) … Lysander and the Irish defense recorded four consecutive clean sheets to start the season for the first time since 1995 and just the second time in program history … earned Inn at Saint Mary[apos]s Classic goalkeeper MVP honors as the Irish shut out Loyola Marymount (4-0) and #21 Santa Clara (2-0) … named the BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week on Sept. 8 after helping Notre Dame to consecutive wins over #3 North Carolina (1-0) and #12 Duke (3-1) … recorded three saves in the win over the Tar Heels and added two more versus Duke … also had a three-save game as the Irish defeated #17 Penn State (3-1) … followed that game with a four save effort in Notre Dame[apos]s 4-1 win over Louisville … had five saves in Notre Dame[apos]s regular season win over Marquette at Alumni Field, including three second half stops (W, 3-1) … in a battle of previously unbeaten teams in BIG EAST play, helped the Irish to a 3-1 win at #17 Georgetown by making three saves … also made three saves in Notre Dame[apos]s 3-1 win over #24 Rutgers … made two saves in ND[apos]s BIG EAST tournament title game win over Connecticut (1-0, ot) … named to the BIG EAST all-tournament team as she led the Irish to three consecutive shutout wins en route to the title … made her NCAA Championship debut with five saves versus Toledo in Notre Dame[apos]s first round win (5-2) … made two vital saves to preserve a shutout as the Irish defeated Michigan State in NCAA Championship second round action (1-0) … had another clean sheet in the third round as the Irish needed overtime to get past #22 Minnesota (1-0) … one of her two saves in that contest was a game-saving stop in overtime … had three saves as Notre Dame took out #6 Florida State to advance to the College Cup (2-0) … made a career-high seven saves to keep #5 Stanford off the board in the national semifinal match, helping Notre Dame to a 1-0 win to advance to the NCAA title game … seven saves were the most for a Irish goalkeeper in an NCAA Tournament game since Nov. 24, 2000 (Liz Wagner had eight saves in a 2-1 overtime victory over Santa Clara at Alumni Field) … the last Notre Dame goalkeeper to post seven saves in a regulation game was Beene, who stopped seven shots on Dec. 3, 1999, in a 1-0 win over Santa Clara in the NCAA College Cup semifinals at San Jose, Calif. … made two saves in the national championship game against #4 North Carolina (1-2) … earned a place on the NCAA College Cup All-Tournament Team, the fourth Irish netminder to be so honored (first since Erika Bohn in 2004) … helped keep Notre Dame either in front or tied for all but four minutes during the entire 2008 campaign.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Played in six games for the Irish, logging 179 minutes of play and posting a 2.51 GAA with three saves … made her lone start of the season (third career) versus Michigan in the season opener … made one save in first half while combining with Nikki Weiss to blank the Wolverines … made one save in 16 minutes of play to combine with Karas to shut out Loyola-Chicago (3-0) in the first round of NCAA tournament … also combined with Karas to blank Providence (4-0) and Georgetown (3-0), logging a combined 46 minutes of play … tied a season-high mark for minutes played (45) in loss at #3 Santa Clara … played final 30 minutes in exhibition draw with top-ranked North Carolina, allowing one goal … closed out exhibition win over #11 Virginia (3-1 in Fort Wayne, Ind.), turning aside the only shot she faced … looked solid during spring 2008 exhibition vs. Mexican National Team (2-1), earning start and stopping four of five shots she faced in first half.

AS A FRESHMAN: Logged 281 minutes while helping Notre Dame rank third nationally with a 0.40 GAA … compiled 0.32 GAA while saving four of the five shots she faced and starting twice in eight total appearances … made a pair of saves while playing full 90 minutes in opening win over Iowa State (9-0) … played the first half two weeks later at TCU, with the Irish scoring twice in the final 45 for the 2-0 win … closed four different 5-0 wins: at DePaul, at home against Pittsburgh and Seton Hall, and at Providence … made two postseason appearances, with a goal allowed and a save in the BIG EAST title game versus Rutgers (4-2) … played the final five minutes in NCAA opening win over Oakland (7-1) … her 2006 preseason action included a shutout second half versus Virginia (3-0 in Traverse City, Mich.) and a scoreless first half in the 5-0 win over Xavier, with a save in each game.

ODP/CLUB HIGHLIGHTS: Member of Olympic Development Program (ODP) Region IV team from 2004-06 … attended interregional event with Region IV team (Boca Raton, Fla.) … member of Region IV player pool in 2003 … played with Cal-South ODP team from 2002-06 … member of same elite club program, the San Diego Surf, that produced former Notre Dame standout defender Carrie Dew … headed to the Midwest (Des Moines, Iowa) for the U.S. Youth Soccer national club tournament, just days before reporting to Notre Dame … the Surf lost to PDA Wildcats (N.J.) at the start of the national four-team round-robin, followed by 2-0 loss to Chicago-based Eclipse Select team (featuring ND classmates Amanda Clark and Michele Weissenhofer) and 3-1 defeat at the hands of eventual champion Dallas Texans squad (captained by another ND classmate, Haley Ford) … the Surf[apos]s march to nationals went through the Region IV tournament in Boise, Idaho, with a 3-1 win over CSA Copa (Colo.) and a 1-0 victory over the Hawaii-based HSC Bulls before losing to the Avalanche Black team from Utah on the final day of round-robin (0- 2) … the Surf still advanced to the Region IV semifinals and won a 3-2 battle with FC Royals (Wash.) before avenging the loss to the Avalanche in a 2-1 regional title game … the Region IV tournament was preceded by the hard-fought Cal-South state cup, as the Surf edged the SoCal Blues in the 2-1 final (played in Rancho Capistrano) … the Surf opened the state cup with wins over the Claremont Stars (4-0) and SASC Strikers (4-2) before a 3-1 semifinal win over SoCal United … helped Surf win annual four-team event that pits top Cal- South teams versus top Cal-North teams, with the Surf beating SoCal United in the 2-1 final (fall [apos]05) … also member of 2002 Surf team that won annual WAGS tournament in Washington, D.C.
