SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Two Notre Dame signees in the class of 2026 have been named McDonald’s All-Americans, as Jacy Abii and Jenica Lewis each have earned the honor.
Before being teammates in the 2026-27 season, the two will face each other on the court in the All-American game on March 31 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Abii is a 6-2 forward from Frisco, Texas. Abii has extensive experience with USA Basketball, including averaging 8.3 points per game at the 2024 FIBA U17 Women’s Basketball World Cup. She was also a member of the U16 FIBA U16 Women’s Americas Championship team in 2023. A five-star recruit, Abii is the No. 9 ranked player in the 2026 SportsCenter NEXT 100.
Lewis has led her Johnston High School team in Iowa on a winning streak of more than 70-games, dating back to 2023. The 5-10 guard has led her team to back-to-back state titles. The current high school senior is averaging 21.6 points and 6.6 rebounds per game this season. Lewis is the No. 24 ranked player in the 2026 SportsCenter NEXT 100.
