Travel with Notre Dame!
ND Summer Camp in the Islands
Here’s a chance for the family to be together — everyone enjoying their favorite activities and embarking on new ones. Dad and Mom can check out the snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, tennis, windsurfing and sailing in Carina Bay. And while they are deciding what to do next, an extraordinary children’s camp entertains their young ones.
St. Croix
|
Notre Dame students will be the camp “counselors”; St. Croix, the Virgin Islands, the setting for the first Notre Dame “summer camp” (away from campus), July 14-21, 2007. A litany of fun and exciting activities are planned for three age groups of children to enjoy while their parents are elsewhere pursuing their own version of a good time on the island. The kids will be entertained Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m.- 4 p.m., with a counselor-camper ratio of 1:6.
All friends of the University are invited to participate, along with our alumni.
Enjoy Mackinac Island
Mackinac Island

Located between Michigan’s upper and lower peninsulas, Mackinac Island dates back to the American Revolution and fur trading days. Enjoy the downtown Victorian era village, the beauty of the Island’s interior and historic Mackinac Island State Park, honored by National Geographic as one of America’s 10 finest. A visit to Frankenmuth, Michigan’s German storybook town and an overnight in Traverse City makes the tour complete.
