Media Credential Information

FOOTBALL

All deadlines for credential applications for 2025 Notre Dame home football games have passed. When post season credential application links are available they will be posted here.

A few quick guidelines –

  • An assignment editor or similar position in your media organization should fill out the application.
  • Notre Dame does not credential freelance photographers for home football games. Only nationally recognized wire services or photographers assigned to cover the game for media outlets approved for credentials will be considered.
  • Notre Dame only provides credentials to radio stations who are part of the Notre Dame Football Radio Network. Non-originating radio stations will not be considered (visiting radio outlets will be cross-referenced with visiting athletic communication personnel for access decisions).
  • New media outlets who reach out for credential access will be considered on a case-by-case basis, focused on your content covering college football and your editorial practices.
  • Credential requests for Notre Dame football home games are due by 5 p.m. ET the Tuesday of each game week.
  • Credential access for away games are controlled by the opposing team’s communication team.
  • Media outlets covering visiting teams at Notre Dame Stadium requests will be cross-referenced with the participating team’s communications team before approval.
  • Before starting a credential application, please ensure you have information for all requested attendees from your media outlet (full name, contact information – which includes up-to-date email and mobile phone number). Do not start an application before you have all of this information available. We ask that each outlet apply once for all of the requested attendees whenever possible.
  • All parking passes will be distributed digitally (via the phone number you supply when you apply for credentials).
  • This link should also be utilized by visiting NFL scouts.
  • All credentialed media are expected to fully read and understand the Notre Dame Football home game media guidelines.
