SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced its Women’s Tennis All-Academic Team on Friday and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish was well represented. In fact, Notre Dame tied Clemson for the most honorees on any team with seven.
Diving deeper, the program has achieved tremendous success in the classroom under head coach Alison Silverio over the years. The 2026 ACC All-Academic Team marks the fourth consecutive year in which the Irish has earned seven honorees.
Leading the way for the Irish was senior Bojana Pozder, who went a perfect 4-for-4 on the ACC All-Academic Team throughout her career. Akari Matsuno landed on the list for a third time, while other repeat winners include Rylie Hanford and Bianca Molnar.
Furthermore, three freshmen made the list as well: Sophia Holod, Jessica Kovalcik and Mari-Louise Van Zyl.
