BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The University of Notre Dame softball team (17-26) fell to Indiana in five innings by a score of 11-1 Tuesday evening.
Tenley Sweet logged her 10th RBI of the season during the second inning, driving a pitch back up the middle to score Sydny Poeck, who led off the inning with a base hit.
The Irish return to Melissa Cook Stadium tomorrow for a matchup against Northwestern. First pitch is set for 6:00 p.m. ET on ACC Network. Attendance to all regular season Notre Dame softball games is free.
