The eighth weekend of the PLL took place in Fairfield, Connecticut with Indigenous Heritage Weekend as 18 former Fighting Irish players suited up over the four games. The matchups were headlined by stellar performances from both Kavanagh brothers, Pat and Chris. Other notable statlines came from Ryder Garnsey and Liam Entenmann.
PAT KAVANAGH
In his first game against his former team, the second-year all-star showed out. Kavanagh scored two goals, including this behind-the-back shot, and also logged two assists in the first half alone before ending with a quiet second half. He also scooped two ground balls to add to his impressive stat line. Kavanagh is now tied for third in the PLL in total points (28) and remains the league-leader in goals, with 17. After this win by just one goal, his Outlaws are 5-2 and first in the Western Conference.

CHRIS KAVANAGH
The rookie continues to have a dominant premiere season, this time against the New York Atlas. Kavanagh scored four goals, including this contested score, tying his career-high for goals in a game. He is now eighth in total points (21), tied for sixth in total goals (14), and fifth in two-point goals (2). Despite his dominant season, Kavanagh’s Redwoods are 2-5 on the season.

RYDER GARNSEY
After a strong start to the season, the veteran has returned with another impressive statline against the Atlas. Garnsey scored two goals, while also recording two assists. He also scooped two ground balls. Garnsey is now third in goals for the Redwoods, with eight, and the team leader in assists with six. This performance ties his season-high in points.

LIAM ENTENMANN
The second-year shot-stopper added to his all-star season with yet another solid outing. Entenmann allowed just 12 scores and saved 15 shots with a 55.6% save percentage. He also scooped three ground balls in the contest. He remains second in the league in saves, with 103. His Atlas team is now 5-2 and is now the only team atop the Eastern Conference.
