SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The University of Notre Dame softball team continues its California spring break trip with its first midweek game of the season, as the Irish faceoff against UC Santa Barbara Wednesday, March 11th at 3:00 p.m. ET/12:00 p.m. PT on ESPN+.
Notre Dame is coming off a 2-3 weekend in San Diego, posting wins over San Diego and San Diego State.
The Irish have 10 players on this year’s roster that call California home, including Caitlyn Early, who is from Santa Barbara. Early hit her first career home run last Friday at San Diego.
Historically, Notre Dame has won seven in a row against the Gauchos dating back to 2000.
