Limited Tickets Remain for Irish Football Home Opener Versus Temple

Limited numbers of single-game tickets remain on sale for the University of Notre Dame’s Sept. 2 football season opener against Temple (3:30 p.m. ET at Notre Dame Stadium)-as well as for later Irish home games versus North Carolina State (Oct. 28), Wake Forest (Nov. 4) and Navy (Nov. 18).

Fans headed to Notre Dame Stadium in 2017 will find a wide range of new amenities including new wider wrapped steel seating in the lower bowl, upgraded restrooms and concessions (including many new menu offerings), enhanced Wi-Fi and connectivity, a video board at the south end, Art Deco period theming and lighting throughout the main concourse, enlarged Notre Dame football game program covers and tickets throughout the concourse and new displays at the Frank Leahy Gate (Gate C) honoring the most accomplished teams and individuals from Notre Dame’s football history.

Remaining tickets start at $70 for the Temple game and $45 for the Wake Forest game. Tickets for the North Carolina State and Navy games are available starting at $65.

On Sunday (Aug. 20) at the free Notre Dame New & Gold Game at Notre Dame Stadium, regular-season game tickets will be available at the ticket assistance booth located on the west side of the stadium between gates D and E.

All tickets, including singles, have been sold for games Sept. 9 versus Georgia, Sept. 30 versus Miami (Ohio) and Oct. 21 versus USC. Tickets to the Georgia, Miami and USC games may be available on the secondary market via the Notre Dame Ticket Exchange powered by Vivid Seats (ticketexchange.und.com). Vivid Seats currently is offering fans a chance to win a $200 gift card good for any event to which Vivid Seats has access.

The Irish football team has played in front of 255 consecutive sellout crowds at Notre Dame Stadium. Every Irish home game since the final two home dates in 1964 have been sold out except one–a 1973 Thanksgiving Day game versus Air Force that was moved for television.
