NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Notre Dame head men’s golf coach Jim Kubinski is the spotlight guest on the latest installment of “On The Spot,” an Internet-based television interview program produced by Golfweek TV.com and hosted by Asher Wildman.
Kubinski sat down to chat with Wildman during the recently-completed John Hayt Collegiate Invitational, which was held in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. Their wide-ranging interview session touched on such varying topics as the state of the Notre Dame men’s golf program, his coaching background that dates back to his time at Duke University, and what the future holds for Notre Dame athletics, from men’s golf all the way to Charlie Weis and the Irish football program.

The Notre Dame men’s golf team returns to the links March 12-13 when it takes part in The Triumph at Pauma Valley in suburban San Diego. The tournament will be hosted by the University of San Francisco.
