Being teammates on a USA team is nothing new for Miles and Citron if both were to be selected. The duo originally partnered up back in 2019 when they led the U16 National Team to gold at the FIBA Americas U16 Championship.
Both Miles and Citron started in all six games, as the latter averaged 13.3 points on her way to being named to the All-Tournament Team. Meanwhile, Miles averaged 5.2 points and 7.5 assists.
This past season, Miles jumped onto the collegiate scene at Notre Dame, ending the year with five straight games in double figures, totaling 52 points in said span. Overall, she averaged 9.3 ppg and 3.5 apg.
Over at The Ursuline School, Citron went out on a high note. She was named a McDonald’s All-American, Section I Miss Basketball and a MaxPreps Second Team All-American. Citron finished her prep career with 2,243 career points and 1,192 career rebounds.
