ORLANDO, Fla. — University of Notre Dame men’s golf junior Jacob Modleski has been named to the 2026 Arnold Palmer Cup and will compete at Tralee Golf Links, July 3-5, in West Barrow, Ireland.
The participants are divided into two teams, Team USA and Team International with the Noblesville, Indiana, native representing the latter.
The Arnold Palmer Cup was co-founded by Arnold Palmer and the Golf Coaches Association of America and first took place in 1997. A Ryder Cup-style event, the tournament features the top collegiate golfers on both the men’s and women’s sides split into the two respective groups, international and USA. Additionally, the event is the only major tournament in which the men and women play side-by-side as partners.
Team USA leads the all-time tournament series 15-13-1.
