NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Irish track and field teams wrapped up competition at the Mt. SAC Relays and Dave Rankin Track and Field Invitational Saturday.
Mt. SAC Relays Results
Women’s Hammer Throw: Anna Weber won the event with a mark of 58.83m.
Women’s Pole Vault: Mary Saxer finished fifth, after clearing a 4.15m height.
Women’s Discus Throw: Jaclyn Espinoza finished ninth with a mark of 48.38m.
Women’s 400 Meters: Joanna Schultz clocked in at 54.11 to finish sixth.
Men’s 400-Meter Hurdles: Balazs Molnar finished third with a time of 52.32.
Dave Rankin Track and Field Invitational
Women’s 100 Meters: Jaime Minor finished 13th with a time of 13.01, while Jasmine Williams was 20th in 13.41.
Women’s 200 Meters: Tiffany Tibbot finished seventh in 25.50.
Women’s 400 Meters; Tiffany Tibbot finished sixth in 57.81, just ahead of Samantha Williams in seventh at 58.44
Women’s 800 Meters: Abby Higgins finished third with a time of 2:13.34, Marissa Treece was fifth in 2:15.19 and Allison Schroder was seventh in 2:16.34. Molly Hirt was 13th with a time of 2:20.23, Theresa Cattuna finished 15th in 2:21.56, Elizabeth McMahon as 16th in 2:21.56 and Dominique Taylor finished 17th in 2:21.70.
Women’s 1500 Meters: Marissa Treece won the event with a time of 4:31.50. Molly Hirt finished seventh in 4:41.24, Elizabeth McMahon was eighth in 4:41.91, Abby Higgins finished 10th in 4:43.33, Theresa Cattuna was 12th in 4:45.53, Susanna Sullivan finished 27th with a tiem of 4:55.75 and Molly Sullivan finished 30th in 5:03.38.
Women’s 5000 Meters: Erica Watson finished fifth with a time of 18:08.85, followed by Emily Wauford in sixth at 18:11.98, Kari Johnson in seventh at 18:20.78 and Analisa Sandoval finished eighth in 19:28.93.
Women’s 100-Meter Hurdles: Kali Watkins finished fifth in 14.34, while Sasha Blanchard finished 11th with a time of 15.45.
Women’s 400-Meter Hurdles: Sasha Blanchard finished third with a time of 1:04.82, just ahead of Nicole Yergler in sixth at 1:05.47.
Women’s 3000-Meter Steeplechase: Becca Bauman finished fourth in 11:20.78, Stephanie Socias was seventh in 11:25.33 and Alissa Ott was ninth in 11:57.13.
Women’s High Jump: Brittany Burgeson finished 11th with a mark of 1.55m (5-1).
Women’s Pole Vault: Jessica Sullivan finished 15th, after clearing a height of 3.25m (10-8).
Women’s Long Jump: Jaime Minor finished second with a jump of 5.47m (17-11 1/2), while Jasmine Williams was fifth at 5.34m (17-6 1/4).
Women’s Triple Jump: Jaime Minor finished second at 11.75m (38-6 3/4).
Women’s Shot Put: Rudy Atang finished seventh with a mark of 13.91m (45-7 3/4).
Women’s Javelin Throw: Elise Knutzen won the event with a toss of 40.96m (134-4).
Men’s 100 Meters: Tyrell Atkins finished fifth in 11.18, while Sean Lindbloom was 14th in 11.66.
Men’s 200 Meters: Ronnie Kadykowski finished 22nd in 23.73, Sean Lindbloom was 23rd with a time of 23.78, Connor Paladino was 24th in 23.76, Andrew Kolbeck finished 28th with a time of 24.62 and Doug Onuscheck was 32nd in 25.19.
Men’s 400 Meters: Edward Hitchler finished third in 48.89, while Alex Korenstra was fifth in 49.28.
Men’s 800 Meters: Billy Buzaid finished third in 1:52.51, Cameron Eckert was fourth in 1:52.80, Mitch Lorenz was ninth in 1:55.23, Brier Steenberge finished 1:58.61 and Max Cruz was 21st in 1:59.11.
Men’s 1500 Meters: Johnathan Shawel finished fifth with a time of 3:57.35.
Men’s 5000 Meters: Matt Abernethy finished fifth in 15:12.62.
Men’s 400-Meter Hurdles: Matthew Brown finished fourth with a time of 54.83.
Men’s 3000-Meter Steeplechase: Kyle Higdon finished 15th in 10:31.35.
Men’s High Jump: Doug Onuscheck finished seventh with a mark of 1.95m (6-4 3/4).
Men’s Pole Vault: Brian Mahon finished sixth with a height of 4.75m (15-7), while Andrew Kolbeck finished 10th at 4.45m (14-7 1/4).
Men’s Long Jump: Connor Paladino finished 11th with a jump of 6.22m (20-5).
Men’s Shot Put: Denes Veres finished fourth with a toss of 16.28m (53-5), Andrew Hills was sixth at 15.71m (51-6 1/2) and Greg Davis finished 13th at 13.95m (45-9 1/4).
Men’s Hammer Throw: Greg Davis finished third with a mark of 56.32m (184-9), Jeff Mensch was seventh at 52.67m (173-01), Mitchell Gormley finished eighth at 52.07m (170-10), Denes Veres was 10th at 49.72m (163-01) and Andrew Hills was 19th with a mark of 44.37m (145-7).
Men’s Javelin Throw: Tray Morgan finished second with a mark of 49.52m (162-6).
The Irish track and field teams will compete at the Drake Relays and Hillsdale Relays April 24-25.
