LAKE POWELL, Fla. — The University of Notre Dame men’s golf program concluded their first postseason tournament of the spring as they finished 10th at the ACC Championships with a score of 870(+6) in three rounds of stroke play.

Jacob Modleski led the Irish with a 54—hole total of 215(-1) to place 17th individually, including a tournament low single round total of 65(-7) in the second round. The junior opened the event as the reigning individual champion, having taken the title in 2025 and registered an opening round score of 75(+3) through the first 18 holes played. His seven-under finish on day two catapulted him up the standings before closing out the tournament with a third round score of 75(+3) to finish among the top-20 overall.

Nate Stevens and Mike Qiu tied for second among the Irish participants as the pair both registered three round totals of 218(+2) to place 22nd overall. Qiu opened the tournament shooting one-under par with a 71 tally in the first-18 before following it up with a 74(+2) mark in round two. The sophomore closed out the event with a round three score of 71(+1) to finish 54 holes at two-over par. Stevens came out with a score of 77(+5) in the opening round and sat a combined six-over heading into the final round after a second round tally of 73(+1). He led the team on the final day as he shot 68(-4) as he jumped 31 spots on the leaderboard to complete the three-day event just outside the top-20 overall.

Calen Sanderson’s even par total on the final day concluded his run at the ACC Championships with a 41st place overall finish and score of 222(+6). The senior started out the week with a score of 78(+6) before registering back-to-back marks at par 72 for the individual finish.

Rocco Salvitti rounded out the Irish competitors at the 2026 conference championships as he finished the 54-hole event at 226(+10). The junior tallied a pair of 76(+4) scores in the opening two rounds before wrapping up the tournament with a day three score of 74(+2) to conclude the event plus-10 overall for 62nd individually.
