DURHAM, N.C. — After falling in overtime at Georgia Tech on Thursday, No. 18 Notre Dame (10-3, 2-1) will stay out on the road and face Duke (8-6, 3-0) on Sunday at Cameron Indoor Stadium. The game will air on the ACC Network at noon on Sunday, and Courtney Lyle and Kelly Gramlich will be on the call.
NOTES
- Hannah Hidalgo paced Notre Dame at Georgia Tech with 26 points, while Cassandre Prosper recorded her fourth double-double in five games with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Vanessa de Jesus (16), Malaya Cowles (14) and Iyana Moore (11) were also in double figures.
- Hidalgo notched eight steals against the Yellow Jackets on Thursday and continues to pace the nation in swipes (6.1). She leads the ACC in scoring as well (25.5) and ranks second nationally.
- Prosper continues to blow away her numbers from her first three collegiate season’s as the senior is averaging 16.5 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. She averaged 5.8 and 3.8 in her first three seasons, respectively.
- The Irish rank third nationally with 16.5 steals per game. The group leads the ACC with 86.2 points per game as well.
- Notre Dame is 19-5 all time against Duke and 5-3 at Cameron Indoor. The teams last faced off in last year’s ACC Tournament semifinals.
- Sunday’s game will be a return to Duke for de Jesus, who played five seasons for the Blue Devils and received two degrees in Durham.
