SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Notre Dame volleyball team has announced its promotional schedule for the upcoming 2023 season. The Irish will host 12 matches in Purcell Pavilion this year with 10 matches featuring a number of events and giveaways. All home regular season matches are free admission.
Highlights include the return of the season poster series given away at select home ACC matches, the annual Dig Pink match, Irish Wear Green, and Senior Night.
“We couldn’t be more excited to get the season started,” said head coach Salima Rockwell. “We’re on the road for the first four games, but will open up at home on Friday, September 7 against Illinois and can’t wait to be back in Purcell. I was blown away by the amount of support from fans and the community in my first season here and I am so excited to see them back in the stands in a few weeks. We’re so grateful for their continued support as we head into the upcoming year!”

Thursday, Sept. 7 vs. Illinois | Irish Invitational | 7 p.m. ET
Home Opener – Notre Dame Volleyball starts the 2023 home slate against Illinois.
Student Tank Giveaway – The first 100 students in attendance will receive an Irish Volleyball tank top.
Saturday, Sept. 9 vs. Oklahoma | Irish Invitational | 2 p.m. ET
Camper Reunion – Camp participants are invited back to experience Irish Volleyball in person. The first 100 campers will receive a Notre Dame water bottle. All campers in attendance will be invited onto the court after the game for a picture!
Friday, Sept. 15 vs. Toledo | 6:30 p.m. ET
90s Night – Notre Dame Volleyball is kicking it back to the 90s for a fun filled night of 90s themed music, contests, and content! You may even go home with a VHS!
Friday, Sept. 22 vs. Boston College | 6:30 p.m. ET
Tailgate Night – Spend your Football Friday night in Purcell Pavilion and get ready for Saturday with a free koozie!
Koozie Giveaway – The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a free Irish Volleyball koozie!
Sunday, Sept. 24 vs. Syracuse | 12 p.m. ET

Dig Pink – Join Notre Dame Volleyball in the annual Irish Dig Pink Match in their support for Breast Cancer Awareness. We encourage all of our fans to wear pink and join the fight against breast cancer!
