  • The stop on NC State’s first drive came after the Wolfpack had driven to the ND eightyard line before missing a 31yard field goal. Irish opponents were scoring at a clip of 85.7% in the red zone entering the game. For the game, Notre Dame held NC State to just a field goal in three red zone trips.
