- With the loss, the Golden Bears finish the season at 25-10 and California falls to 5-8 in NCAA Championship play, while head coach Lindsay Gottlieb’s record in the NCAA Championship drops to 1-2.
- The tie score, 31-31, at halftime was the 11th time that the Golden Bears were not winning at the break. California is 4-7 in such games.
