CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Junior right-handed pitcher Jack Radel was named as the ACC Pitcher of the Week on March 23.

A native of Sioux Falls, S.D., Radel threw a complete-game shutout on Friday night against No. 19 Clemson as the Irish won the game 6-0. He scattered four singles over nine innings of work with eight strikeouts and zero walks as Clemson did not safely reach a runner beyond second base in the contest. Radel had a 0.44 WHIP and held Clemson to a .121 batting average in the game.
