AS A SENIOR (2023-24)

• Competed in three events at the 2024 ACC Championships — 200 free (1:50.71), 500 free (4:58.50) and 200 fly (2:01.31)
• Swam the 500 free (4:54.06), 200 fly (2:02.63), and helped the 800 free relay place fifth at the Tim Welsh Classic.
• Against Princeton and Navy, Kopac finished fifth in the 200 fly (2:01.43) and seventh in the 500 free (4:54.45). Also swam the 200 free (1:50.84)
• Had multiple good performances at the Ohio State Fall Invitational
  • 200 free — 1:49.98, finished 19th
  • 500 free — 4:54.41, finished 18th
  • 1000 free — 10:19.23, finished 12th
  • 1650 free — 17:44.50, finished 17th

• Finished seventh in both the 200 fly (2:05.79) and 500 free (5:04.56) at Louisville

• Took fifth in the 500 free (5:02.72) and sixth in the 1000 free (10:24.65) against Purdue
• Finished eighth in both the 500 (5:05.99) and 1000 free (10:27.17) at Wisconsin

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)

• Took 24th in the 500 free (4:54.71) at ACCs, participated in the 200 fly (2:00.82) and 1650 free (17:07.59)
• Helped 800 free relay finish 10th at ACCs (7:14.47 with 1:49.48 split)

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)

• Won the 200 butterfly (2:03.59) and finished runner-up in the 1000 freestyle (10:15.99) at the dual meet against UIC.
• Finished sixth in the 1650 freestyle (17:05.21) and eighth in the 500 freestyle (4:55.60) at the Tim Welsh Classic.
• Swam in the 1650 freestyle finals (17:06.69), 500 freestyle finals (4:53.37) and 200 freestyle finals (1:52.57) at the Ohio State Invitational.
• Finished fifth in the 500 freestyle (5:03.83) at the dual meet against Purdue.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)

• Placed second in the 1000-yard Freestyle (10:14.62). Placed third in the 500-yard Freestyle (4:55.34) in the virtual meet vs. West Virginia (Nov. 6-7, 2020).
• Placed fifth in the 1000-yard Freestyle (10:30.67). Placed fifth in the 500-yard Freestyle (5:01.06) in the dual meet win over No. 14 Louisville (Jan. 9, 2021).
• Placed fourth in the 500-yard Freestyle (4:52.05). Placed fifth in the 200-yard Freestyle (1:51.61). Placed third in the 800-yard Freestyle Relay with Emma Gleason, Sydney Winters, and Rachel Wittmer (7:28.70). Placed third in the 1650-yard Freestyle (17:04.37) in the win over No. RV Akron in the Shamrock Invitational (Jan. 21-23, 2021).
• Placed fifth in the 500-yard Freestyle (4:57.11). Placed second in the 1000-yard Freestyle (10:10.77) in the dual meet win over West Virginia (Jan. 29-30, 2021).
• Placed twenty-seventh in the 1650-yard Freestyle (17:25.43) in Notre Dame’s fifth-place finish at the ACC Championships (Feb. 17-20, 2021).
