HONORS & AWARDS: 

  • 2020 ITA National DI Player of the Week

AS A JUNIOR:

The 2020 season was shortened due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.

  • Corse earned ITA National DI Player of the Week honors for two ranked wins at NC State
  • Corse partnered with Page Freeman to take down the No. 2 doubles pair in the country – NC State’s Smith/Rogers – 7-5
  • Corse also defeated No. 16 Alana Smith of NC State, 6-4, 6-2
  • Earned a 12-10 singles record on the year, including a 4-1 mark in ACC play
  • Played six singles matches in the first spot, earning a 5-1 mark
  • When paired with Page Freeman at doubles, earned a 7-3 record, including an undefeated 4-0 in ACC play

AS A SOPHOMORE: 

  • Named Third Team All-ACC after going 23-6 on the year and 17-4 during the dual season in singles play
  • Went 10-4 in singles action during league play, with two of the four losses coming in three sets
  • Posted a perfect record at the two (3-0), four (7-0) and five (1-0) spots in the lineup, while going 6-4 at three singles
  • Won six-straight singles decisions to cap the season, the longest-active winning streak on the team at the conclusion of the season
  • Went 6-4 at the one doubles spot with Zoe Spence, capping the year at No. 43 in the ITA doubles rankings
  • Secured one victory over a nationally ranked doubles team with Spence

AS A FRESHMAN: 

  • Steadily climbed the lineup during her rookie campaign before missing the final month of the season due to injury
  • Went 4-3 at four singles, 3-5 on court three and 2-2 at the number two spot
  • Opened the spring season 9-2 in singles action
  • Partnered with Zoe Spence at doubles to go 8-9 during the spring (2-2 at one, 6-7 at two)

PREP AND PERSONAL: 

  • Graduated from Bryn Mawr School in June 2017
  • No. 14 recruit nationally and No. 1-ranked player in Maryland, according to the Tennis Recruiting Network
  • Four-year letter-winner at Bryn Mawr
  • Went undefeated all four years of high school, leading team to three conference titles
  • Four-time Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland All-Star Team honoree
  • Ranked as high as 19th nationally by the USTA in 18U tennis
  • Went 11-0 against 4- and 5-star recruits during the 2016-17 season
  • Finished first or second in eight National Open doubles tournaments
  • Led National Spring Team to National Championship gold ball title in 2016
