PREP AND PERSONAL

• A two-sport student-athlete at Herbert Henry Dow High School who earned six varsity letters (two in lacrosse, four in swimming).
• A four-time first-team all-Saginaw Valley honoree from 2020-23, helping her team win three consecutive Saginaw Valley league titles from 2021-23.
• A Academic All-American selection in swimming while also earning All-America honors and All-State honors during her career in the pool.
• Competed in the 100 breaststroke and 200 freestyle relay and was a member of the school record holding 200 medley relay team.
• Earned the swimming team’s Team Coaches Award in 2022 and was the squad’s Most Outstanding Swimmer in 2023.
• Daughter of Christina and John Murphy, along with her sister, Emma, who is a rising junior on the Notre Dame women’s lacrosse team.
• Father, John,  played football and baseball at The Citadel and played professional baseball in the St. Louis Cardinals organization.
• Enrolled in the Mendoza College of Business with a major in marketing.
