PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Four-year varsity starter and selected to All-Conference Team.
• Named by PBR as one of the top Maryland players in the 2019 baseball class.
• Pitched a complete game no-hitter at ESPN Spring Games in Orlando, Florida.
• Played Club for the Mid Atlantic Red Sox and the Virginia Stars
• National Honor Society Member, served as a student tutor, chosen by high school faculty to be a peer mentor; Achievement Award for Music
• Founder of the “One Team-One Dream” event where baseball players buddy-up with special needs kids to play some baseball and share camaraderie. As founder, he was responsible for envisioning the event, coordinating with the administrations of two schools, encouraging participation with his teammates, organizing the event’s activities and fundraising to help cover its costs.
• Son of Andrew Giaccia and Lucille Pavco. Has an older sister, Olivia.
• Intends to major in business.
