SENIOR SEASON (2024)

• Made four starts and five total appearances during the season 
• Had 11.0 innings pitched with seven strikeouts
• Was given the starting nod for game two of the season-opening sweep of Rice (February 16-18)
• Worked 3.1 solid innings, while striking out two for the Irish at Rice 
• Wrung up two batters in three consecutive outings on the mound (February 17; February 24; March 2)
• Went a season-high 4.0 innings with no walks allowed at FIU (February 24)

JUNIOR SEASON (2023)

• Had a standout season for the Irish, topping the leaderboard with the most innings pitched this season at 46.1.
• Started a career-high 13 games for the Irish.
• Ended the 2023 season with a 3.11 ERA, playing 14 games with an 0-4 record, only allowing 3 home runs.
• Came in second on team ranking for most strikeouts with 49.
• Faced 203 batters and only walked 19.
• Threw 5 or more strikeouts for six out of 14 games played this season.
• Pitched a career-high 5 innings against Boston College with 6 strikeouts. (5/19/23)
• Threw a career-high 7 strikeouts against North Carolina, allowing only 2 hits after 4.2 innings pitched. (4/2/23)

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2022)

• Made 20 appearances out of the bullpen on the season.
• Finished the year with a 6.35 ERA, 1-1 record through 17.0 innings with 20 strikeouts.
• Tied a career high with 2.0 innings pitched against Butler. (4/5/22)
• Set a career high with 3 strikeouts against Northern Illinois. (3/29/22)
• Set a career high with 2.0 innings and tied a career high with two strikeouts against Louisville. (3/18/22)
• Tied a career high with 1.0 innings pitched and 1 strikeout against Manhattan. (2/18/22)

FRESHMAN SEASON (2022)

• Made three appearances out of the bullpen for the Irish.
• Pitched the final inning of the record-breaking 26-3 win over UConn in the South Bend Regional (6/5).
• Played summer ball with the Harrisonburg Turks in the Valley Baseball League.

PREP AND PERSONAL

• Led Archbishop Rummel to the state championship in 2019
• 2019 NOLA All-Metro Team and New Orleans Prep All-District Team
• Named baseball team captain for the shortened senior season in 2020
• Played club for the Louisiana Knights and were named Future Stars Series National Champions in 2019
• 2017 Honorable Mention New Orleans Advocate All-Metro Team
• Earned four varsity letters in baseball and two in football
• Five year member of student council and was senior class president
• Also a member of the National Honors Society, the Ambassador Team, Campus Ministry, and the Big Brother Program
• Earned President Award in 2020 and graduated Magna Cum Laude
• Son to Neal and Sheri Dennies
• Mom played softball at Nicholls State
• Has an older sister, Laurel
