AS A FRESHMAN: Played in 39 games as a freshman, leading the Irish rookie class in scoring with 10 goals and six assists for 16 points … scored four power-play goals and three game winners … whistled for 16 penalties adding up to 32 minutes … had 56 shots on goal to tie Aaron Gill for top shooting percentage (.179) … was -6 for the year … in 28 CCHA games had nine goals and six assists for 15 points … recorded just two assists (vs. Bowling Green and Nebraska-Omaha) in first nine games before scoring first collegiate goal on Nov. 21 against Lake Superior … gave Irish a 3-1 lead at 7:38 of the second period only to see the Lakers tie the game after two periods … set up T.J.
