GRADUATE STUDENT SEASON (2022 – Notre Dame)
- Made and started all 18 appearances on the season.
- Finished the year with a 2.81 ERA, 10-3 record through 109.0 innings pitched with 111 strikeouts.
- Led the Irish in starts, wins, innings pitched and strikeouts.
- Led the ACC in ERA among qualified pitchers and innings pitched, finished second in wins, third in strikeouts, and eighth in opponent batting average.
- Named an unanimous All-American after earnings honors for all five publications.
- First Irish player to earn CoSIDA Academic All-American honors since 2008.
- 109.0 innings pitched were the most by an Irish pitcher in a single season since 2013 when Adam Norton tossed 116.0.
- His 111 strikeouts ranked tied for third all-time in program history for most in a single season and they were the most strikeouts in a season since Jeff Manship had 111 in 2006.
- Tallied three earned runs or less in 15 of his 18 starts.
- Tossed 6.0 innings or more in 12 of his 18 starts.
- Recorded seven or more strikeouts in seven of his 18 starts.

GRADUATE STUDENT SEASON (2021 – Notre Dame)
- Made 15 appearances and 14 starts on the season.
- Finished the year with an 8-2 record and 3.21 ERA over 92.2 innings pitched with 68 strikeouts and 3 complete games.
- Led the Irish in wins, innings pitched, starts, strikeouts and complete games.
- The 3.21 ERA ranks seventh in the ACC and he is one of three Irish pitchers to finish in the Top-10 in the ACC in ERA among qualified pitchers.
- Bertrand led the ACC in complete games, tied for second in wins and third in innings pitched.
- Recorded his first career complete game shutout in the regional opener win against Central Michigan (6/4).
- He was the first Irish pitcher to toss a complete game shutout in the postseason since Danny Tamayo in 2000 against Mississippi State.
- Tossed his third career complete game against Virginia Tech (5/20).
- Set a career high with nine strikeouts against No. 13 Florida State (5/8~1).
- Tallied his second career complete game in the series-clinching win over Duke (3/20).
- Earned his first win in an Irish uniform against Clemson while tying a career high with eight strikeouts (3/6).
- Graduate transfer from Furman.
AS A SENIOR (2020 – Furman)
- Made four starts in the shortened season due to COVD-19
- Finished the season with a 3-1 record and 1.50 ERA.
- Bertrand pitched a team-high 24.0 innings, allowing only four runs and five hits on the year while striking out a team-high 23 batters.
- Picked up the win in the season opener against La Salle after six innings of one run ball, allowing just two hits and he struck out seven
- Struck out seven batters again in his next start against Eastern Kentucky to earn his second win of the year
- In his final start, Bertrand tied a career high with eight strikeouts over six innings to pick up the win over Campbell
- Bertrand tossed six innings in each of his four starts on the year
AS A JUNIOR (2019 – Furman)
- Served as the Paladins’ Friday night starter in eight of the nine SoCon series
made 15 appearances and 13 starts - Posted a 4-6 record with a 4.90 ERA
- Worked 82.2 innings, second highest on the staff
- Earned his first victory (6.0 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 1 BB, 2 K) in a 7-4 road victory at USC Upstate
- Pitched a complete game (9.0 IP, 8 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 3 BB, 5 K) in a 10-3 triumph at UNCG
- Beat Western Carolina (7.0 IP, 7 H, 4 R, 3 ER, 0 BB, career high 8 Ks) in a 9-4 triumph in Cullowhee
- Collected his final victory of the season (8.0 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 BB, 5K) in a 7-3 triumph at Wofford, setting the table for a series victory over the Terriers
- Recipient of the squad’s Carter Grote Award for dedication, hustle, and leadership for the second straight year

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018 – Furman)
- Registered 16 appearances and seven starts
- Posted a 5-3 record with a 4.88 ERA 51.2 innings
- Made his first seven appearances out of the bullpen, earning his first victory (4.1 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 3 K) in relief versus Penn (12-4 win)
- Picked his second win in his next appearance, his first career start (5.0 IP, 9 H, 3 ER, 2 BB, 3 K) in an 8-3 road triumph over Winthrop
- Returned to the bullpen and made it three wins in three consecutive appearances (2.0 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 1 K) in an 8-6 triumph over Harvard
- Delivered a series-clinching winning start (6.0 IP, 5 H, 4 ER, 1 BB, 4 K) in regular season finale at East Tennessee State (9-4 win)
- Received Furman’s Carter Grote Award for dedication, hustle, and leadership…named to the SoCon Academic Honor Roll
