AS A FRESHMAN: Capped off one of the most impressive freshman seasons in program history with appearances in both the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships … earned her first All-America honor as part of the second- seeded doubles duo at the NCAA Doubles Tournament … named BIG EAST Freshman of the Year and the ITA National Player to Watch … had a 30-11 overall singles record and a 40-6 doubles mark … opened the tournament season with eight straight singles wins … won the singles crown at the Fall Gator Classic … won the ITA Midwest Regional Doubles title with partner Kelcy Tefft … advanced to the regional singles semifinals … lost to Fresno State[apos]s Renata Kucerkova and Anastasia Petukhova, 6-4, 2-6, 6-7, in the doubles final at the ITA National Indoor … opened the dual season ranked 39th in singles and first in doubles with Tefft … played mostly at No. 2 singles, finishing the dual season with a 21-9 mark … went 23-3 at No. 1 doubles … topped Clemson[apos]s 14th-ranked Josipa Bek, 6-2, 6-1, in the NCAA Championship Round of 16 … teamed with Tefft to defeat North Carolina[apos]s fourth-ranked Sanaz Marand and Sophie Grabinski … went 1-1 in singles play and 3-0 in doubles in the BIG EAST tournament … notched a 3-1 singles record and a 2-1 mark in doubles action in the NCAA Championships … advanced to the second round of both the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships … defeated Florida State[apos]s Katie Rybakova, 6-1, 6-2, in the NCAA singles first round, before falling to Clemson[apos]s Bek, 6-3, 6-4, in the second … with Tefft, topped Georgia Tech[apos]s Irina Falconi and Amanda McDowell, 6-4, 6-4, in the doubles first round, but fell to Tennessee[apos]s Caitlin Whorisky and Natalie Pluskota, 7-6, 6-3, in the second round … selected as an ITA All-Star.
