  • at TEXAS A&M (8/31): Named Lou Groza Award Star of the Week (Sept. 4)… made a huge debut for the Irish as the team’s place kicker… went a perfect three-of-three on field goals and two-of-two on PATs… drilled a 46-yard field goal with 30 seconds remaining to put the Irish up by 10 points to essentially secure the win
  • NORTHERN ILLINOIS (9/7): Saw playing time for the Irish…had three kickoffs for 184 yards, averaging 61.3 yards per kick
  • at PURDUE (9/15): Was a perfect 8-of-8 on kicking attempts… converted all seven PATs attempted… added a 42-yard field goal… added seven kickoffs… averaged 64.6 yards per kickoff… 452 total yards on kickoffs with five touchbacks
  • MIAMI UNIVERSITY (9/22): Took five kickoffs for 325 yards with five touchbacks… averaged 65 yards per kick… converted all four PAT attempts taken
