• Started every match at the center back position during his final season with the Irish.
• Tied for team lead in goals with six, marking a career high for goals in a season.
• Anchored a back line that held opponents to one or no goals in 17 of 21 matches, including nine clean sheets.
• All six of Berneski’s goals came from set pieces, with five coming off headers.
AS A SENIOR (2017):
• Started 19 games for the Irish in his senior season.
• Contributed to five team shutouts as a defender.
• Scored a goal in Notre Dame’s 3-0 victory over NC State at Alumni Stadium.
