GRADUATE SEASON (2020)
- Named a team captain in 2020.
- Started at S and posted four tackles and recovered a fumble in the season-opening win vs. Duke (9/12). His fumble recovery set up a touchdown drive for the Irish.
- Started in the 52-0 win vs. South Florida (9/19).
- Started and posted three tackles (all solo), one INT (returned 23 yards) and two PBU in the win vs. Florida State (10/10).
- Crawford tallied the first interception of the season for the Irish in the fourth quarter as he intercepted Florida State QB Jordan Travis at the Notre Dame goal line to prevent a score. The interception helped seal the game for the Irish. It was the fifth interception of his career, and his second-career forced or recovered turnover inside the Notre Dame five-yard line.
- Crawford, playing safety this season and a team captain, was called to start at cornerback vs. Florida State, switching positions to accommodate for team need.
- Crawford made several impact plays, including coverage on a third-down pass from Jordan Travis to Camren McDonald in the first quarter, which fell incomplete and forced a Florida State punt.
- Received the game ball for his performance in the 12-7 win vs. Louisville (10/17)… Led the team in tackles with six, adding 1.0 TFL (-4) and a pass breakup…also executed a crucial pass breakup, punching the ball out of the receiver’s hands, to end the third quarter and stall Louisville’s drive.
- Led the team in tackles with six (all solo), adding 1.0 TFL (loss of four yards), in the 45-3 win at Pitt (10/24).
- Crawford posted three solo tackles in the win at Georgia Tech (10/31), also marking his first sack of the season on a third down in the third quarter to force a field goal attempt, which Georgia Tech missed.
- Started and totaled three tackles (two solo) and a pass breakup in the 47-40 2OT win over then-No. 1 Clemson (11/7).
- Named ACC Defensive Back of the Week in the 45-31 win at Boston College (11/14); Started and posted nine tackles (five solo), 1.0 sack (-8 yards), 1.5 TFL (-9 yards); led the team in tackles, also notching a sack on Boston College’s opening drive, his second of the season and bringing his career total to 3.5. With nine tackles, he marked a career high for single-game tackles, and his 1.5 TFL on the day also were a career high.
- Started and posted four tackles (three solo) in the 31-17 win at No. 19 North Carolina (11/27).
- Started and posted two tackles in the 41-25 regular season finale win over Syracuse (12/5).
- Started and posted eight tackles, the second highest of the day, also adding a pass breakup, in the ACC Championship game (12/19).
- Started and tied for the team lead with nine tackles, tying a career-high, in the CFP Semifinal at the Rose Bowl Game (1/1/21).
GRADUATE SEASON (2019)
- Played in 11 games, making eight starts, while overcoming a dislocated elbow suffered against Virginia
- Named an honorable mention selection by CoSIDA Mayo Clinic Comeback Player of the Year
- Returned after missing just two games and finished the season with 28 tackles, one TFL, an interception, two pass break-ups and a QB hurry
- Made a season-high five tackles against Virginia Tech
- Intercepted a pass against New Mexico
SENIOR SEASON (2018)
- Did not see action after suffering knee injury during fall camp
JUNIOR SEASON (2017)
- Saw action in 12 games and started one contest (vs. Navy)
- Registered 32 total tackles, including 20 solo stops
- Added 1.5 TFLs, 1.5 sacks, seven passes defended, five pass breakups, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and two interceptions
- Recorded two interceptions and recovered a fumble in the victory over Boston College (Sept. 16)
- Registered two tackles, one PBU, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery at Michigan State (Sept. 23)
- The forced fumble and fumble recovery against the Spartans came at the Notre Dame one-yard line to prevent an MSU touchdown
- Picked up five tackles, one sack and one PBU at North Carolina (Oct. 7)
- Recorded a career-best seven tackles against Navy (Nov. 18)
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2016)
- Started the first two games of the season (Texas and Nevada) before suffering a torn achilles tendon in the win over the Wolf
