• 2023-24 ACC Academic Honor Roll

AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24)

• Notched a best time in the 200 IM at the Ohio State Winter Invite (1:52.43) and placed sixth. Also took third in the 100 breast (55.87) and fourth in the 200 breast (2:01.81).
• Tied for eighth in 100 breast (55.79), competed in the 200 IM (1:53.29) and the 200 breast (2:02.81), and swam in the 200 medley relay, 400 medley relay and 800 free relay at the Tim Welsh Classic.
• Against Princeton and Navy, Wheeler finished sixth in the 100 breast (55.98) and 10th in the 200 breast (2:03.40). He also swam three relays
• Competed in the 100M (1:05.05) and 200M (2:29.88) breaststroke at the U.S. Open
• Went 2:02.87 in the 200 breast at the Ohio State Fall Invitational, a season-best time
• Swam the 100 breast (55.87), 200 breast (2:15.80) and three relays versus Pitt and Penn State
• Made his collegiate debut against Purdue, placing sixth in the 100 breast (57.47). Also swam the 200 breast, 200 medley relay and 400 free relay
