The University of Notre Dame women’s golf team finished up competition at the 2022 ACC Championship over the weekend at the Reserve Golf Club of Pawleys Island in South Carolina, highlighted by a 24th-place finish (224, +8) from sophomore Chloe Schiavone in her first ACC championship appearance.
The Irish finished 12th on the team leaderboard at 919 (+55) in one of the most competition conference tournaments in the nation. The field featured nine teams in the top 50 of the latest Golfstat.com rankings with Duke, Wake Forest, Virginia and Florida State advancing to match play to determine the team championship. Duke’s Phoebe Brinker won the individual title with a three-day 10-under par total.
