CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Seven members of the University of Notre Dame men’s tennis team earned Academic All-Atlantic Coast Conference honors for their performance on the court and in the classroom this season. Jameson Corsillo, Sebastian Dominko, Nil Giraldez, Evan Lee, Kyran Magimay, Jean-Marc Malkowski and Chase Thompson all earned the honor this season.
This is the second honor for three individuals, with four earning academic all-conference for the third time. Dominko, Lee and Malkowski all have earned Academic All-ACC once prior, with it being the first award of its kind for Corsillo, Giraldez, Magimay and Thompson. Giraldez, Magimay and Thompson all finished their first season at Notre Dame during the 2023-24 academic year. Giraldez transferred from San Francisco, with Magimay and Thompson finishing their freshman seasons.
The men’s tennis team finished the 2024 season with a 13-14 overall record, earning a 4-8 record in the ACC. Dominko and Malkowski earned All-America honors for their performances. Dominko concluded the season 15-7 overall, and was seeded in the individual NCAA Tournament. Malkowski and Dominko combined to go 13-8 and 6-4 in the league and concluded the season ranked 12th by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
