- Started in 47 and played in 50 games of the season as a freshman

- Logged 49 hits, 29 runs, seven doubles, one triple, five home runs, and 33 RBI
- Posted 21 walks, two stolen bases, three sacrifice flies, and a pair of sacrifice hits
- Collected six multi-hit games during the season
- Had a season-high of six total bases in a 21-10 win over Pittsburgh (May 16) as well as in a game against Virginia Tech (May 20)
- Put together a seven-game hitting streak from February 20 through March 6
- Recorded at least one hit in 29 games
