• Earned two varsity letters in baseball, as well as one each in football and basketball, at Archbishop Moeller
• Ranked the sixth overall prospect in Ohio by Perfect Game, as well as the state’s No. 3 righthanded pitcher
• Slotted as the No. 163 righty by Perfect Game
• Posted a 2-1 record as a senior with a 0.94 ERA and .167 opponent batting average and 27 strikeouts in 22.1 innings
• Named 2016 Rawlings-Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American and All-Central Region second team
• Went 4-0 as a junior with a 2.29 ERA and .129 opponent batting average as a junior, striking out 21 in 18.1 innings with one shutout
• Helped Moeller to state championship
• Named 2015 Perfect Game Underclass Third Team All-American
• Played club for Cincy Flames and Elite Baseball Training (Chicago)
• Competed with Cubs Scout Team as East Coast Pro Showcase in Tampa (2015)

• Born in Fort Thomas, Kentucky
• Son of Melanie and Joel Junker
• Has one sister, Alexis, and one brother, Braedon
• Father, Joel, played basketball at Adrian College
• Attended same high school as Notre Dame football player Elijah Taylor
• Enrolled in the First Year of Studies
