- Posted 24 RBIs on the year, which ranked fourth on the team
- Hit his first career grand slam and drove in five runs at Northwestern
- Set a career high with three hits against Saint Joseph’s
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Earned three letters in baseball at Marquette University High School
- Helped Marquette to a 19-game winning streak and top ranking in the state as a senior
- Hit .349 with seven doubles during senior season, earning first team academic all-state honors
- Had a 1.62 ERA as a sophomore on varsity team
- Played for USA Baseball Great Lakes Team and Team Wisconsin
- Played amateur baseball in 2015 and ’16 for New Berlin Lakers in Wisconsin Amateur Baseball League

- Great, great grandfather James Powers played football at Notre Dame in 1897
- Also has an aunt and cousin who are Notre Dame graduates, as well as three cousins who are fellow Notre Dame students
