AS A JUNIOR:Competed in five meets for the Irish cross country squad … won the Valparaiso Invitational in a time of 19:51 … finished 20th at the National Catholic Championship, covering the course in 25:53 … ran the Notre Dame Invitational Gold Division race in 25:27 to finish 19th … finished 29th at the Pre-National Open race in a time of 25:18 … closed out the season with a 57th-place finish at the BIG EAST Championship, clocking in at 25:24

AS A SOPHOMORE: Made appearances in two cross country meets for the Irish … placed 6th on the team and 10th overall at the Valparaiso Invitational … also competed in the Notre Dame Invitational Gold race, placing first on the team and 21st overall in a time of 25:36 … did not compete during the 2007 track and field season.

AS A FRESHMAN: Ran in four cross country meets during his first season in an Irish uniform … led all Notre Dame runners at the Valparaiso Invitational, placing second overall in 26:01 … took 12th overall at the National Catholic Championship one week later, running the Notre Dame home course in 25:35 … also competed in the Notre Dame Invitational Gold Division race and the Pre-National Meet open race … found the bulk of his success on the track as a miler … top performance of the indoor campaign came at the Alex Wilson Invitational, where he posted a time of 4:17.82 … ran his best 1,500-meter race of the outdoor season at the Indy Relays, coming through the line in 4:05.88.
