AS A JUNIOR:

• Set a career-best 3K steeplechase time of 9:15.51 at the ACC Championships
• Established a PR in the 3K steeplechase (9:18.64) at the Virginia Challenge
• Logged a PR in the 3K run (8:25.37) competing at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Set a PR in the mile with a time of 4:25.35 at the Gene Edmonds Open

AS A SOPHOMORE:

• Established a PR in the 2,000-meter steeplechase (6:02.52) to place third in the event at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold
• Finished third in the mile with a time of 4:25.51 indoors at the Blue and Gold Invitational

AS A FRESHMAN:

• Competed in the 3,000m steeplechase event at the Raleigh Relays, recording a time of 9:48.23

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Graduated from Warren Township High School in May 2016
• Lettered three times in cross country and track
• Received all-state honors in his junior year
• Was instructed by olympian Jenny Spangler of Jenny Spangler Racing
• Ran for the Waukegan Invaders for two years and made Nationals
• Was an Eagle Scout
