AS A SENIOR (2021-22)

• Took 3rd place at the 2021 Blue & Gold Invite in the 3000m with a time of 9:55.50.

AS A JUNIOR (2020-21)

• Ran the 10,000m at the ACC Outdoor Championships and finished 15th with a time of 33:59.38

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019-20)

• Recorded All-ACC honors in cross country with an 18th place finish at the ACC Championships (6k) with a time of 21:18.4
• Qualified for the NCAA Cross Country Championships after finishing 16th at the NCAA Regionals (6k) with a mark of 20:49.5

AS A FRESHMAN (2018-19)

• Earned a spot at the NCAA Championships with a personal best 10K time of 33:09.76 and runner-up finish at the prelim meet
• Finished fifth in the 5K at the ACC Championships, crossing the line in 16:14.12, earning All-ACC Second Team honors
• Ranked first in the nation in the 10,000 meters among freshman at the end of the regular season
• Placed third in the 5000-meter run with a time of 16:01.62 at the Virginia Challenge
• Posted a fifth-place result in the 3000-meter run (9:34.25) at the Louisville Invitational
• Earned all-region recognition after posting a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships (6K)
• Finished seventh at the ACC Cross Country Championships (6K) with a time of 20:38.10, claiming ACC Freshman of the Year and All-ACC honors
• Added a 6K personal best after crossing the line with a time of 20:34.20 at Wisconsin Pre Nationals
• Established a 5K personal best with a time of 17:03.60 at the Joe Piane Invitational
• Claimed second place (17:27.30) at the National Catholic Invitational (5K)
• Raced to an event win with a time of 17:22.20 to begin the cross country season at the Crusader Open (3.1M)

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Graduated from Exeter High School in spring 2018
• Won the New Balance National Indoor 5K race
• As a sophomore, won the 3,200m New Hampshire State Championship
• Placed 11th at Foot Locker Nationals in 2016
• New England cross country, 3200m and two-mile champion during her junior year
• Won the New England two-mile championship as a senior
• Finished fifth at the 2018 Foot Locker National Championship
• Was a member of the National Honor Society in high school
• Daughter of Pat and Kim Gaughan
• Has two brothers, Will and Charlie, and one sister, Charlotte
• Mother, Kim, played tennis at Duquesne
