• Set a PR in the 3000-meter run (9:49.02) at the Louisville Invitational
• Placed third in the 3000-meter run (9:58.31) indoors at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Established a PR in the 5K (19:13.70) at the Joe Piane Invitational

AS A FRESHMAN:

• Claimed a fifth-place result in the 3000-meter run (10:19.54) at the Alex Wilson Invitational
• Victorious in indoor debut competing in the 3000-meter run (10:26.39) at the Blue and Gold Invitational

PREP AND PERSONAL:

• Graduated from Hamilton High School in Hamilton City, California
• Owns a PR of 11:01.42 in the 3,200m
• Was the first back-to-back Northern Section Champion of the 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m, competing in all six races at CIF State Track Championships
• Was the 2017 Northern Section Finals Female Athlete of the Meet and Subway Scholar-Athlete of the Year
• Competed in the 2015 and 2016 Cross Country California State Finals
• Broke 15 school records in various distance and middle-distance events
• Was valedictorian, Female Athlete of the Year and CSF Lifetime Seal Bearer of Hamilton High School in June 2017
• Was a two-time National AP Scholar and nine-time Scholar Athlete Award recipient
• Was the Girls State Delegate
• Daughter of Kamron and Julie Koehnen
• Sister of Reed Koehnen, who is studying agriculture at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo
