AS A JUNIOR (2023-24)

  • Posted the tenth best time in program history in the 1500m at the Wake Forest Invitational (4:16.94)
  • Finished in the top-7 in both the 3000m (9:19.66) and the 5000m (16:05.48) at the 2024 ACC Indoor Championships

  • Attended St. Francis Xavier University before attending Notre Dame
  • St. Francis Xavier University Indoor Track and Field record holder in the 1500m and 3000m.
  • Academic All-Canadian Honors, and earned top freshman student in Bachelor of Arts and Sciences for the health program
  • AUS Conference 8km Cross Country, and Indoor 1500m and 3000m Gold Medalist and 2021 AUS Cross Country Female Rookie of the Year, and the 2021 USports Cross Country All-Canadian honoree
  • Was a member of Team Canada at the 2022 U20 World Athletic Championships in California
  • Attended Dr. John High Gillis Regional High school and was a two time high school cross country individual provincial champion and three time team champion
  • Recorded a personal best in the 5000m in 2022 at Stellarton, Nova Scotia with a time of 16:19
  • Named the 2020 and 2021 Athlete of the Year at Dr. JHG High School
  • Was the 2018 and 2021 Nova Scotia School Sport Scholar Athlete of the Year, and was named to the honor roll from 2018 to 2021.

  • Tallied PR’s in the 3000m with a time of 9:17 in 2022 at Langley, British Columbia.
