AS A JUNIOR: Did not fence during the 2010-12 campaign.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Finished 27-9 during the regular season … opened the year 11-4 at the Northwestern Duals, including two 3-0 matches against Lawrence and Cleveland State… continued with a solid showing at the Notre Dame Duals, finishing 16-5 … finished in 41st place at the Midwest Fencing Conference Championships … during the direct elimination round, fell in a close contest to Michigan[apos]s Jae-Eun Chung, 15-12, in the round of 64.

AS A FRESHMAN: Went 17-9 during the regular season … made her debut at the Northwestern Duals, finishing 6-6 … earned her first career win against Fairleigh Dickinson[apos]s Marianne Peralta (4-3 in OT) … had a solid showing at the Notre Dame Duals, finishing 11-3 … went 3-0 against Cal Tech at the Notre Dame Duals … finished the Midwest Fencing Conference Championships in 18th place … in the direct elimination round of the tournament, beat Northwestern[apos]s Kelly Bickford, 15-6, in the round of 64 before falling to Notre Dame teammate Darsie Malynn, 15-6, in the round of 32.

PREP & PERSONAL: Three-year letter winner in Fencing at Flintridge Preparatory School … coached by Derek Cotton … finished in the Top-32 at the 2008 Div III NAC in Chicago … also involved in the Los Angeles Children[apos]s Chorus while in high school … daughter of James and Laura LaBarge … born May, 5 1990 in Grand Rapids, Michigan … youngest of four children … enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters as a program of liberal studies major.
