AS A SENIOR:
- Posted a 36-16 mark in dual meets, competing at all meets throughout the season
- Defeated teammate Axel Kiefer 15-11 in the ACC Championship men’s foil final to claim first conference title

- Qualified for his third and competed in second NCAA Championships
- Placed sixth at NCAA Championship, posting a 15-8 mark with a +27 indicator, and earning Second Team All-America Honors
- Notre Dame men’s foil Most Valuable Fencer

AS A JUNIOR:
- Went 43-17 during the regular season, culminating in an NCAA Championship-qualifying performance at the NCAA Midwest Regional
- Claimed second-place honors at the ACC Championships, falling to teammate Axel Kiefer 15-7 in the championship bout
- Went 7-1 during team competition to help the Irish to their second straight ACC Championship
- Posted a 7-4 record in pool play at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing fifth overall
- One of three Irish men’s foilists to qualify for the NCAA Championships, but did not compete due to qualifier limits (two per weapon, per team)
- Claimed the men’s foil title at the Penn State Open, defeating teammate Virgile Collineau 15-2 in the championship bout
- Posted a 17-5 mark at the Northwestern Duals
- Served as team captain

AS A SOPHOMORE:
- Began the year 5-5 at St. John’s invitational, improving to 7-1 the following day in NYU Invitational
- Logged 8-2 mark at Northwestern Duals before competing in ACC Championship
- Competed in the team competition only at the ACC Championships, helping team win the title
- Finished the year 25-9 and earned a monogram
AS A FRESHMAN:
- Chosen as a freshman to compete at NCAA Championship and earned third-team All-America accolades with 10th-place finish
- Tied with teammate Gerek Meinhardt for most foil team victories on the season with 29
- Posted 29-12 regular-season record
- Finished St. John’s tournament with 8-3 record
- Etched 12-4 record at the Northwestern Duals
- Ended regular season with a 2-2 record at the DeCicco Duals
- At NCAA Midwest Regional, advanced into the direct elimination bouts with the No. 5 seed
- Bested Quentin Schneider (Wayne State) in round of eight before upsetting Irish teammate Ariel DeSmet in the semifinals 15-14
- Squared off with Meinhardt in finals and lost 15-1 to the two-time Olympian
- At NCAAs, Improved to 13-10 by end of second day of pool play, good for 10th place

PREP & PERSONAL:
- Graduated from Hills Road Sixth Form College in July of 2012
- In addition to competing with Newham Swords Club, participated on rugby and rowing teams at Hills Sixth Form
- With Newham, twice won the England Youth Championships
- Won National Championships once in U-17 age group and twice in U-20 age group
- Crowned United Kingdom School Games Champion in 2011
- Biggest athletic thrill to date remains medaling at the U20 European Championships
- Oldest child of John and Viia Archer
- Has two brothers, Ciaran and Mihkel
- Currently enrolled in Mendoza College of Business, majoring in finance.
