AS A SENIOR:
- Compiled a 44-19 record after competing in five of the six regular season meets (Elite Invite, St. John’s Invite, Philly Invite, DeCicco Duals and Northwestern Duals)
- Season best performance came at the DeCicco Duals on senior weekend and she finished with a 18-0 record
- Earned ACC Fencer of the Week following her performance at DeCicco
- Went 6-3 during the team competition at the ACC Championships, leading the Irish to the team title
- Finished fourth at the Midwest Regionals in Detroit and earned an at-large berth to the NCAA Championships for the first time in her career
- Ended her career with a 141-61 overall record
AS A JUNIOR:
- Led the team in wins with a 54-16 dual record
- Improved career mark to 97-42
- Opened the season at the Penn State Garret Open, finishing 28th
- Went 5-2 at the Elite Invitational to open the dual slate
- Was a perfect 34-0 at the DeCicco Duals
- Went 11-4 at the Northwestern Duals
- Finished sixth at the ACC Championships
AS A SOPHOMORE:
- Finished the season with a 15-5 record, competing in all five regular-season contests
- Posted a 3-0 record at the DeCicco Duals
- Closed the season out with a 5-2 record at the Northwestern Duals
AS A FRESHMAN:
- Began Irish career with a 28-20 dual record
- Rebounded after beginning the season 5-6 to go 13-1 at the DeCicco Duals
- Turned in a 6-3 record during the ACC Championship women’s team championship, helping the Irish to their third straight title
- Finished fifth in the individual portion of the ACC Championship
- Earned a monogram
PREP AND PERSONAL:
- A member of the Zeta Fencing Studio
- Joins the Irish having won three Junior Olympics gold medals in team sabre (2014-16) and a Junior Pan American team championship
- Fenced with current Irish junior Francesca Russo at the Junior World Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, as well as at the Junior Pan American Games
- Daughter of Duncan and Marlene O’Brien, and is also the sister to Duncan, who fenced for Harvard, and Justin
- Her great aunt, Sister Eileen Bradshaw, earned her Master’s in Mathematics from Notre Dame in 1967
