  • Named a team captain prior to the start of the 2022 season. Suffered an injury in preseason practice that held him out of the competition.

AS A GRADUATE (2021)

  • Played in the first nine games and made eight starts for the Irish this season before suffering a season-ending injury; Finished the year with 405 total yards and 4 TDs.
  • TOLEDO (9/11): Recorded three catches for 29 yards on four targets
  • PURDUE (9/18): Corralled a 62-yard touchdown pass in the win over Purdue, the longest reception of his career; Surpassed the 100-yard mark on the touchdown, the first 100-yard game of his career; Finished with a career-high five receptions for 120 yards
  • WISCONSIN (9/25): Collected four catches for 55 yards, including one reception of 20 yards, on eight targets
  • CINCINNATI (10/2): Finished with 47 total yards, 39 through the air and eight on the ground, from three catches and one carry
  • VIRGINIA TECH (10/9): Caught three passes for 64 yards and his first touchdown of the season
  • SOUTHERN CAL (10/23): Davis caught two passes for 10 yards and a touchdown pass in the win

AS A SENIOR (2020)

  • Featured in all 12 games this season, making four starts; Hauled in 24 receptions for 322 yards and 2 TDs to go with 57 yards on the ground.
  • DUKE (9/12): Started at WR and caught two passes for 26 yards in the season-opening win, including a 17-yard contested touchdown pass which Davis caught around the arms of the Duke defender
  • FLORIDA STATE (10/10): Caught one pass for 13 yards in the win
  • LOUISVILLE (10/17): Caught two passes for 17 yards and rushed once for 10 yards enroute to victory
  • PITT (10/24): Started and posted three receptions for 44 yards (21-yard long) in the 45-3 win
  • GEORGIA TECH (10/31): Caught four passes for 29 yards in the 31-13 win
  • CLEMSON (11/7): Named Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Honorable Mention Player of the Week, made the game-changing play in the 47-40 2OT win over then-No. 1 Clemson (11/7) with less than two minutes remaining in regulation, Davis sped downfield and reeled in a 53-yard pass; Two plays later, Davis scored the equalizing touchdown to send the game to overtime. The 53-yard reception in the fourth quarter was Davis’ longest of the season; The touchdown catch was Davis’ second TD reception of the season and fourth of his career; Finished with four receptions for 78 yards in the win.
  • BOSTON COLLEGE (11/14): Caught two passes for 70 yards (48-yard long) and rushed once for 29 yards in the 45-31 win
  • NORTH CAROLINA (11/27): Posted one reception for five yards in the 31-17 win
  • CLEMSON – ACC Championship (12/19): Caught two passes for 15 yards and added one rush for 18 yards
  • ALABAMA – Rose Bowl (1/1): Started and tallied one reception for 15 yards

AS A JUNIOR (2019)

  • Opened fall camp at cornerback before moving to receiver; Saw action in 11 games, catching 10 passes for 124 yards and two TDs, also rushed six times for 10 yards
  • NEW MEXICO (9/14): Set a career-high for longest reception by hauling in a 59-yard touchdown in the second quarter
  • BOWLING GREEN (10/5): Collected 39 yards on three catches, including a seven-yard TD score in the third quarter
  • VIRGINIA TECH (11/2): Hauled in three catches for 22 yards in the one-point victory

AS A SOPHOMORE (2018)

  • Played in nine games, primarily at running back; Ran for 70 yards on the year and had five receptions for 30 yards
  • WAKE FOREST (9/22): Rushed for a career-high 43 yards on nine carries (4.8 avg.) to go with a pair of catches and 15 yards receiving
  • STANFORD (9/29): Earned six touches, two on the ground and four through the air, gaining 25 total yards
  • FLORIDA STATE (11/10): Rushed four times for 10 yards in victory

AS A FRESHMAN (2017)

  • One of 10 scholarship freshmen who spent the season on scout team and did not see the field
  • Joined David Adams, Jafar Armstrong, Aaron Banks, Darnell Ewell, Dillan Gibbons, Josh Lugg, Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, Kofi Wardlow and Drew White as rookies who helped the Irish on their scout teams

  • Completed 189 of 273 passes for 2,876 yards and 37 TDs as a senior in 2016 despite missing two games with an ankle injury

  • Threw for 463 yards and four TDs, and ran for 109 yards and two TDs in a 55-41 loss to DeSoto High School in the Texas 6A Division II Regional Championship held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington
