PRIOR TO NOTRE DAME (Clemson)

  • Recorded 91 receptions for 1,290 yards and 11 touchdowns in 1,578 offensive snaps over 32 games (27 starts) at Clemson from 2021-23 
  • Broke out late in his true freshman season with 31 catches for 407 yards and three touchdowns 
  • Joined DeAndre Hopkins (2010), Sammy Watkins (2011), Artavis Scott (2014), Hunter Renfrow (2015), Deon Cain (2015) and Justyn Ross (2018) as the only Clemson freshmen — true or redshirt — in the Dabo Swinney era to post at least 30 receptions and at least 400 receiving yards in their debut season. 

AS A JUNIOR (2023) 

  • Recorded career highs in receptions (38) and receiving yards (510) and added three touchdowns in 641 offensive snaps over 11 games (all starts)
  • All-ACC Academic Team selection
  • Caught five passes for 50 yards at Duke 
  • Named offensive player of the game after leading Clemson in receiving vs. Charleston Southern, setting a career high with seven receptions and matching his career high with 137 receiving yards including a 69-yard touchdown that was Clemson’s longest pass play since 2020 
  • Caught a 10-yard pass vs. Florida Atlantic 
  • Gained 29 yards on four receptions vs. No. 4 Florida State, surpassing 1,000 career receiving yards in the process 
  • Caught a 47-yard touchdown among his two catches for 63 yards at Syracuse 
  • Led Clemson vs. Wake Forest with 50 receiving yards on five catches, including four for first downs 
  • Added two receptions for 29 yards at Miami (Fla.) … made four catches for 40 yards at NC State 
  • Caught three passes for 37 yards vs. No. 12 Notre Dame 
  • Caught five passes for a team-high 65 yards with a touchdown vs. Georgia Tech 
  • Exited early vs. No. 20 North Carolina with a plantar fascia tear. 

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)

  • Caught 22 passes for 373 yards and a career-high five touchdowns in 465 offensive snaps over 10 games (all starts) 
  • Recorded 54 yards and a touchdown on three receptions at Georgia Tech

  • Scored another touchdown among his 47 yards on two catches vs. Louisiana Tech 
  • Caught four passes for 60 yards with a two-point conversion and an overtime touchdown at No. 21 Wake Forest, becoming the first Clemson player to catch a touchdown in each of the first four games of the season since Sammy Watkins in 2011 and posting the first four-game streak with a receiving touchdown at any point of a season since Tee Higgins in 2019 
  • Had a 14-yard reception vs. No. 10 NC State 
  • Caught a touchdown among his four catches for 58 yards at Boston College, becoming the first Clemson player to catch a touchdown in five of the first six games of a season since DeAndre Hopkins during his ACC-record-setting 2012 campaign 
  • Gained 18 yards on two catches at Notre Dame 
  • Gained 65 yards on two catches vs. South Carolina, including a 59-yarder that tied Clemson’s season long at the time

AS A FRESHMAN (2021) 

  • Finished second on the team in receptions (31) and third in receiving yards (407) while tying for the team lead with three touchdown catches in 472 snaps over 11 games with six starts 
  • ACC Honor Roll
  • Made collegiate debut vs. SC State, catching three passes for 36 yards … gained 29 yards on two catches at Syracuse 
  • Made first career start at No. 23 Pitt, gaining 23 yards on a team-high-tying five receptions 
  • Added a nine-yard catch vs. Florida State 
  • Earned offensive player of the game honors after recording a then-career-high 104 yards on six receptions, including a 46-yard touchdown catch, at Louisville to record the first 100-yard receiving game by a Clemson true freshman since Justyn Ross recorded 153 yards against Alabama in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game to end the 2018 season 
  • Added five catches for 40 yards with a 32-yard touchdown catch vs. UConn, becoming the first Clemson true freshman with a touchdown catch in consecutive games since Ross at the end of 2018 
  • Recorded a career-high 137 receiving yards and a spectacular one-handed touchdown grab on four receptions vs. No. 13 Wake Forest, becoming the first Clemson true freshman to catch a touchdown in three straight games since Deon Cain recorded a touchdown reception in five straight games in 2015 
  • Caught two passes for nine yards at South Carolina 
  • Gained 20 yards on three receptions vs. Iowa State.

  • A national top 50 player according to ESPN.com 
  • Played two high school seasons with former Clemson and Oregon State quarterback DJ Uiagalelei 
  • Rivals.com listed him as the No. 57 overall player in the nation, as well as the tenth-best receiver and third-best player in the state of California … 
  • ESPN.com ranked him No. 46 overall and as the third-best receiver in the nation and the fifth-best player in California 
  • PrepStar five-star recruit and Top 150 Dream Team selection who ranked as the nation’s No. 27 recruit, including the No. 4 wide receiver prospect and No. 4 player in California 
  • Did not have a 2020 high school season due to the COVID-19 pandemic 
  • As a junior in 2019, had 41 receptions for 1,008 yards and 14 touchdowns … averaged 24.6 yards per reception  
  • Helped team to state title, a 13-1 record and a No. 1 national ranking in 2019 
  • Had five 100-yard games 
  • Had biggest game against Liberty High with four catches for 178 yards, when all four receptions went for a touchdown including a career-long 80-yard catch 
  • Had at least one touchdown reception in nine of the 14 games
