SIXTH-YEAR SEASON (2012-13):

Started all 18 games he played … missed the final 17 games of the campaign due to knee injury … played in only six BIG EAST contests … averaged 7.9 points and career-best 5.9 rebounds before being sidelined with the knee injury … grabbed a career-high 17 rebounds in the season opener against Evansville … it marked the fifth time in his career with 10-plus rebounds in a game … scored 13 points in loss to St. Joseph’s for first double-scoring effort of the season in the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic … followed that up with nine points and six rebounds against BYU … scored 11 points in win over Chicago State … had 14 points and eight rebounds versus Brown … reached double figures for the fourth time during the season with a 13-point and seven-rebound performance versus IPFW … matched career high with 22-point effort in BIG EAST opener against Seton Hall … followed that up with a 12-point effort against Cincinnati … both of those games were Notre Dame victories … named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the week of Jan. 7 following the wins … played his final game in an Irish uniform on Jan. 21, 2013 in Notre Dame’s loss to Georgetown
